The Governor of Benue State, Dr Samuel Ortom has been charged for involving in fraudulent activities in the state. The governor, is believed to have stolen the states fund which he invested in companies he secretly has abroad.
The EFCC, under the President's directives are to take him into custody as he hands over his mantle of leadership to a soon to be announced Governor.
