Back in 2015,Olamide shared several tweets which stated that after each of his YBNL singers are done with their two year contract he would be glad if they started their own label as he prays for them not to be slaves or be dependent.
Over the weekend, there was news that Lil Kesh will be leaving YBNL to start up his own label this year. Now, it has been confirmed that this is true by Olamide and Lil Kesh. The Efejoku singer will be leaving YBNL to start up his own label, YAGI. Despite this, collaborations between both labels will go on.
