According to mediatakeout.com, last night Jussie who plays the role of Jamal in the mind blowing show announced his exit from the show.
This is a result of him not getting paid like a star, or even awarded a little raise as it is in the case of Terrence Howard (Luscious) and Taraji P. Henson(Cookie).

Angry residents of a community took laws into their hands and tied charms round electricity poles to prevent PHCN officials from disconnecting their light which they don't even see at all.
Petrol to sell for N145 per litre as FG finally removes fuel subsidy
The Federal Government has finally removed subsidy from sale or Premium Motor Spirit(PMS) also known as petrol.
Sources from NNPC disclosed this afternoon that marketers are free to now bring in cargoes and sell, subject to meeting standard quality control.
A litre of petrol now goes for N145, not minding the source of foreign exchange used to import the cargo.

At long last, the 2016 budget has been signed
President Buhari received a clean copy of the 2016 budget yesterday, May 5th from the National Assembly. And the budget was signed today by the president in presence of the Vice-president, Yemi Osinbanjo and the chairmen of the National Assembly appropriation committees.

EFCC arraigns Ecobank manager for N8m fraud
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission on Thursday took into custody one Irene Okeoha on the basis of one-count charge of stealing.
Irene who is the customer service manager, Ecobank Plc, Hotel Presidential branch, allegedly defrauded the bank of 8 million naira.
The charge reads: "That you, Mrs Irene Okeoha on or about 17th February, 2016 at Hotel Presidential, Port-Harcourt,within the Port-Harcourt Division of this Honorable court did fraudulently steal the sum of N8 million only, property of Ecobank Plc and thereby committed an offence contrary to Section 390(9) of the criminal code CAP 37 vol.11 Laws of Rivers State of Nigeria 1999."
When the charge was read to her, the accused pleaded not guilty and the prosecution counsel, Ben Ubi, urged the court to fix a date for the commencement of trial and to remand the defendant in prison custody.
However, defence counsel, B. Igeongei, prayed the court to grant his client bail as the accused was already on administrative bail by the EFCC.
Justice Amadi granted the defendant bail in the sum of N20 million and one surety in the like sum. The surety who must be resident within the jurisdiction of the court should possess a landed property to be verified by the prosecution. The surety is also to depose to an affidavit of means.
The case has been adjourned to May 25,2016 for trial. The defendant is to be remanded in prison custody pending the perfection of her bail.

She was preparing to go ma sist asked her if she knows the person she said dat is som1 she met on d rd. She told her not to go dat is not genuine. She insisted and left. She called ma sist back around 7pm and told her dst she csnt come bk against she will come bk the next day.. On dat monday everybody was trying her number no way till on Sunday. I was telln everybody dat our friend is missing.
On tuesday one guy ran to me and said he overhead me wen was saying we r looking for ma friend.. Dat there was a gal dey killed at transecul penus... She demonstrated her... I told him to follow me 2 ma sist houz so dat dey will know d way she dressed out we reach there ma sist brought out d pic she snapped b4 she left. D guy started crying and she say is d one. We took off going to one station or d other finally we reanch to transecul police station and confirm dat she is d one. She was lying half naked on d rd. With d beating dey gave her. Her face swallowed up. Blood was coming out from her mouth, noise and ear. Her two eyes was very black. Chai. D pad she used for her mensis was beside her. D killers went away with her phone... Put her slipoers beside d flower. We went to d mortuary today and saw our friend lying helplessly dead there.
I cryed out ma eyes. Buh nomata how amount of cry I cried even if o cry out blood she can never come bk again. Death na so u dey. Chai I never believed until today.. God pipo r so wicked and hrtless. Omalicha duh rest until u fight bk those wicked killers of us..they took away ur precious life by force. So fight bk. Chai we loved u. And we are going to miss u well. Wizkid is 12th on Global iTunes/Spotify top 200 artistes also the only Nigerian on the list
Wizkid has been listed number 12 of most downloaded artiste on Global iTunes/Spotify.
On a chart released on Wednesday, Wizkid was the only artiste from Nigeria among 200 listed artistes from all over the world.
The chart shows that Wizkid's songs were downloaded mostly in Denmark. His most downloaded tracks were One Dance, Boom and Ojuelegba.
One Dance was most downloaded on iTunes in Nigeria, United States, Canada, Zimbabwe, Saudi Arabia and 16 other countries and on Spotify as number 1 worldwide and 31 other countries.

17 year old boy from Benue State kills mum for making him impotent
A 17 year-old boy, Agayo Iorzenda, confessed to killing his mum at Tse-Agaigbe Ikyurav-Tiev 11,in Katsina Ala Local Government Area, for making him impotent since past few years.
The State Police Commissioner, Mr Paul Yakadi while parading the suspect yesterday said, the suspect was arrested on Monday evening by the police in Katsina Ala. The suspect had shot his mother with a locally made gun while he accused her of witchcraft.
Assistant Superintendent of the Command Public Relations, ASP Moses Yamu while speaking on behalf of the State Commissioner of police said, investigations are still on going and once they were done, the suspect would undergo a trial.
Iorzenda told reporters that, "I went to consult the oracle over my impotence and I was told that my mother used my manhood for witchcraft and rendered me impotent. She did not want me to be a man. So my friend advised me to kill her so as to use her blood to acquire spiritual powers that will help me become rich and also do many other things, that is why I shot her. "

Nigeria police unveil new spy uniform
The Inspector General of police, Solomon Arase launched the new Supernumerary Police Uniform(Spy) today in Port-Harcourt.
Speaking during the launch, Arase said; "The concept of Supernumerary Police draws from Sec. 18 of the Nigeria Police Act which provides guidelines for their establishment and also grant them powers, privileges and immunities of police officers, but as limited to area in respect of which they are appointed and in any police area adjacent thereto, but not elsewhere.
Therefore, Spy police are engaged for specific security functions within a restricted jurisdiction or operational space.

The last message I saw was, 'I had to leave at 7am because you were still sleeping'. Then he responded saying, 'yea, because you knocked me out last night, it was a great night'.
