Benue lawmakers condemned FG's tepid attitude on the issue on Friday, March 18 in Abuja. Honourable Orker Jev, speaking on behalf of benue lawmakers said that over 1,000 people have been killed and over 100 villages have been raided in Agatu area by armed herdsmen who are still yet to be apprehended.
The Federal Government was asked by the lawmakers to ensure that peace returns to the state.
